- 1873-S Liberty Seated Dime. Arrows. MS-65 (PCGS). Exceptional quality for this scarce date and tied with one other as the finest certified by PCGS. Frosty and bright silver with a hint of pale iridescence starting to form. The strike is sharper than average although Liberty's hair is flat along with the knot on the wreath just opposite. There is a thin die crack from the rim down the Liberty's right shoulder and another bisects the reverse from the 11 to 5 o'clock position. Not only is this date a scarce issue but this is a tough type coin that has the arrows at date.
