- 1852-C Liberty Quarter Eagle. EF-45 (PCGS). This green-gold example has a pleasing arm's length appearance, and only close observation reveals typical striking softness in and around the centers. The base of the digits 1 and 8 in the date show slight repunching. A desirable example of this lower mintage Charlotte Mint quarter eagle at the Choice EF grade level. PCGS# 7764.
