Lot Description

Beautiful toning on both sides of this dollar. The upper half of the obverse is primarily brushed by multiple shades of blue, orange, and gold, with Franklin’s overcoat and shirt remaining a lustrous silver. The reverse is a speckled mixture of everything seen on the obverse, more-so dominated by golden hues. The devices have exemplary detail, sharply struck on both sides. PCGS 1,105, NGC 799, CAC 109.
