Description du lot: WHOA! What blazing, brilliant mirrors beam from all over on this exceptional Ultra Cameo Seated dollar Proof. One of the highest numerically graded regardless of designation, NGC has graded just two in PR67 (non CAM) any higher. Possessing a stunning contrast on both sides, the razor sharp devices are fully struck up with a thick, creamy mint frost that stands out like a desert island in a sea of deep, beaming mirrors that provides very strong contrast. The flashy watery brilliance is truly very bold. Free of anything but minor die polish lines that can be seen in the fields. The eye appeal is very high end and wonderful. Only 950 Proofs were struck. PCGS 0, NGC 3. None have sold since April 2013 when one sold for $23,500, and prior to that, one sold for $38,500 back in the 2006 FUN auction. That these appear in auction only once every seven years, this is a VERY IMPORTANT opportunity for the advanced collector.
