Lot Description

O-109 attributes rapidly once the small spike-like segment between S7 and "L" in LIBERTY is located. Hazy, steely lilac patina rests over the obverse and helps to obscure shiny remnants of an ancient cleaning, but the reverse has acquired considerably stronger eye-appeal due to the presence of an admirable ring of album toning within the peripheral lettering. Just enough luster remains to warrant the extremely-fine grade level.
