Lot Description

A frosty Mint State example with light brown patina mingling with remnants of pinkish-orange mint color. This coin is well struck for the type, bold to sharp in most areas with minor softness at the top of Liberty's portrait and within the lower right portion of the wreath, as perhaps expected. There are no marks of consequence, and minimal carbon, but a spot in the upper right obverse field is present to preclude a higher numeric grade. Manley Die State 2.0.
