This enchanting Superb Gem offers full, smooth satin luster to handsomely toned surfaces. The reverse reveals wisps of pale powder blue and champagne-pink iridescence upon close examination, while the obverse clearly shows a halo of rich copper-orange patina around much of the periphery. Sharply struck and a delight to behold, this condition rarity second-year Washington quarter will have no difficulty finding its way into an advanced collection.
