Lot Description

Usually found somewhat drab, this 1899 jumps off the page in terms of eye-appeal due to strong, dazzling semi-prooflike effects. It might be the most vibrant example the cataloger has seen without a special designation. A clean cheek and near-perfect strike are most welcome at the grade level, but some very faint slidemarks admittedly skim across the lower jaw.
