- Undated (1837-1842) Christopher Bechtler $1 Gold. K-4. Rarity-4. 28.G., N Reversed. EF-40 (PCGS). CAC. This Bechtler dollar shows amazingly clear, crisp striking definition, considering the primitive technology that was used to create it. The fields exhibit pale green toning, while the the devices are framed in hues of reddish-maroon and cobalt-blue. A small abrasion in the upper reverse field is the only noteworthy surface flaw.
