THE BOYLSTON COLLECTION PART II Blistering, white hot reflection is seen on both sides of this boldly contrasted, near-GEM 1875 half dollar. Incredible frost covers the crisply struck devices, which stand out in stark relief to the deeply reflective, mirrored fields. Devoid of extraneous marks, lines, ticks, toning, or haze, this brilliant silver half dollar has a great look. PCGS 7, NGC 2, CAC 3. Only 700 Proofs were struck. There are just two graded finer at PCGS. The most recent example to sell was NOT CAC and brought $1,800 in August 2020, and the current PCGS Price Guide value is $1,950.
