Lot Description

Sensational blistering silver-white emanates from the surface and accents a breath of cameo contrast on either side. The dies provided exceedingly accurate details, as is often seen for 1889 -- a date famous for fully prooflike circulation strikes. One tiny rectangular nick at the corner of Liberty's mouth provides the only deterrent to a higher grade.
