1876-CC Liberty Seated Quarter. MS-64 (PCGS). This Choice specimen has the technical quality and eye appeal that advanced Carson City Mint specialists demand. Brilliant with radiant satin luster, both sides are silky smooth and all but pristine. The strike is so well executed that even the most intricate design elements offer needle sharp definition. This Liberty Seated quarter would be a highlight in even the finest collection. The 1876-CC rivals the 1877-CC as the most readily obtainable Carson City Mint issue in this series, although it is far and away the scarcer of the two dates in Mint State.
