POPULAR FIRST YEAR ISSUE. This coin is screaming to be in an MS-65 holder (no guarantees) and has a good shot if not for a couple of light breaks in frost on the neck. Extremely well struck with nice delineation of the hair stands and feathers. A covering of thick frosty luster caresses choice surfaces. Fresh and original, which is evidenced by the intermingled hues of gold and amber around the devices and lettering. PCGS 5121, NGC 4025, CAC 706. At NGC 125 pieces are graded MS64+.
