Crescents of the most vivid multicolored toning encircle much of the obverse periphery and also adorn the lower reverse border. Otherwise lightly toned in antique silver, powder blue and champagne-pink, it is little wonder that this awe-inspiring Superb Gem is tied for finest certified among 1937-D quarters seen by PCGS. Mintage: 7,189,600 coins.
