1900-O Barber Quarter. MS-65 (PCGS). An exceptionally well preserved survivor from a mintage of 3,416,000 pieces, one of the more generous totals in the New Orleans Mint Barber quarter series. Light to moderate toning engages billowy satin luster on both sides, the surfaces smooth and inviting. PCGS# 5626. NGC ID: 23YL. PCGS Population: 12; 13 finer (MS-68+ finest).
