A fully impressed, otherwise mirror-finish piece that does reveal somewhat of a satiny texture to the central devices. Spotty toning is confirmed over each side, and there are no individually mentionable contact marks in most areas. Proof-only issue, 1,541 pieces were struck for collectors.
