- R-5 (31-75 minted). Capped head of Liberty with 3 stars. Standard Silver agricultural wreath reverse. Struck in silver with a reeded edge. Very pretty, rich, original toning drapes the excellent watery reflective mirrored fields on both sides. Even using a strong glass the surfaces are devoid of any distractions and the eye appeal quite nice. Fresh to the market, this CHOICE J-888 is housed in a first generation "rattler" holder, and was purchased by our consignor in November 1988. PCGS 10, NGC 3, CAC 1. The last one to sell realized $3,120 in April 2018; prior to that, one sold in June 2011 for $1,495. The current Collector's Universe value is listed at $1,650. This old holdered, fresh example will delight any pattern collector, we expect strong bidding. Cert. Number 7155011 PCGS # 61132
