FROM THE SEATTLE COLLECTION BOOMING cartwheel luster graces satiny smooth surfaces which are virtually immaculate. A couple of flea bite marks are noted on the obverse. Some weakness in the left side of the lower portion of the wreath, but keenly struck everywhere else. Above average for the date and grade. SLEEPER DATE. PCGS 114; NGC 56.
