Lot Description

Pleasing color of perfect light brown with no planchet problems or porosity. Furthermore there are no spots. However, some knucklehead just had to scratch around the periphery with a pin on most of the obverse and reverse, barely visible to the unaided eye, and obviously overlooked by PCGS during grading. Still an appealing example of this issue, however, and one with a solid numismatic provenance.
