What a tremendous value this coin offers. The second finest 1903 PR quarter, and you can't beat its high end quality or desirable eye appeal! Deep and highly reflective mirrors beam from all over. They do have the rolling "water" look (a positive). The mirrors are super clan, have good clarity, and are boldly reflective. A moderate mix of totally original purple/golden brown/pale navy colors swirl all over. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have needle sharp strikes. The eye appeal is beautiful! Only 755 were minted. PCGS 18, NGC 40, CAC 4. This is the ONLY PR67+ graded by PCGS or NGC. PCGS has graded only one coin PR68. The current Collectors Universe Value is $5,750.00.
