1951 Jefferson Nickel. Proof-67 Deep Cameo (PCGS). An untoned bright-white specimen with strong visual contrast between mirrored fields and frosty motifs. Proof nickel production ratcheted up a bit in 1951, although the second year 1951 is only marginally less rare in the finest certified grades than the first year 1950 in the modern Jefferson series.
