This is a sharply struck, satin to modestly semi-reflective specimen dusted with light sandy-silver patina. A popular precursor to the regular issue Liberty Head nickel of 1883 to 1912, Judd-1690 enjoys strong demand among both series specialists and pattern enthusiasts.
