A truly beautiful CAMEO GEM Proof 1882 half. Vivid mirrors beam boldly in the fields, highlighting vibrant navy blue, magenta and fiery orange peripheral toning. The centers are untoned, white, and the devices are thickly frosted, creating a gorgeous contrast. PCGS 24, NGC 18. The most recent non-CAC example sold for $3,000 in December 2021.
