- 1873 Liberty Seated Silver Dollar. OC-P1, Top 30 Variety. Rarity-3. Doubled Die Reverse. Proof-61 (PCGS).
Fully reflective bright silver-gray on both sides with a blush of light gold at the peripheries. The Motto on the reverse is boldly doubled adding appeal to the variety collector. Interestingly, the same reverse die was used to strike all Proof 1872 Seated dollars as well. One of just 600 Proofs struck in the final year of the design type.
