- 1793 Flowing Hair Cent. Wreath Reverse. S-10. Rarity-4. Vine and Bars Edge. Good-4 (PCGS).
Glossy medium brown and antique copper surfaces retain bold outline detail to all major design elements. The obverse is quite smooth in hand with only a few wispy handling marks on the portrait that are easily overlooked at most viewing angles. Pin scratches are other marks around the reverse periphery are noted for accuracy. As a one year design type from the earliest years of U.S. Mint operations, the 1793 Wreath cent enjoys strong collector demand in all grades.
