Sheer PERFECTION! The brilliant, blazing RED surfaces are flawless and the devices are sharply struck. Using a strong glass we are unable to find any lines or ticks. Tied for FINEST GRADED and there has not been one sold in more than half a dozen years. PCGS 8, NGC 0.
