- 1793 C-2 R3 PCGS graded Very Fine-30. Glossy medium brown and chocolate. I he planchet is smooth and attractive. The only defects are a shal¬ low planchet lamination between the L & I in LIBERTY, a very fine planchet fissure running down the neck, and a small planchet chip at the base of the second I in S I A I FIS, all as struck. 1 he only contact mark is a fine hairline scratch from the E in UNITED to the rim at the M in AMERICA. MDS with the reverse rotated 30 degrees clockwise. EAC grade VF25. Another very nice 1793 half cent.
