From the Premier Barber Collection. One of the FINEST 1903-O quarters that exists! SUPERB! Pastel patina gently dusts both sides of this HIGH END GEM brought out by a silky satin-like sheen. Light olive-gold, russet-tan, and lilac-blue hues are totally original and beautiful. PCGS 7, NGC 1, CAC 3. Only two are graded MS66+ and one coin is graded higher, so this SUPERB 1903-O is about as fine as anyone can ever hope to add to their set. No MS66+ has sold in auction. A PCGS 66 CAC sold in February 2018 for $4,113 and the Eliasberg-Hugon-Garnder Collection coin, the sole MS67 sold for $32,900.
