FROM THE DAVID POOLE COLLECTION OF THREE CENT NICKELS. The deep, bold mirrors have a glassy brilliance to them, forming a wonderful background to the highly frosted and well struck devices. Vivid brilliance shines imposing a wonderful eye appeal for this high end centennial year issue. PCGS 8, NGC 1, CAC 6. The present example last sold in a February 2005 auction realizing $1,495 and that was before CAC. The current CU price is listed at $1,550.
