FROM THE SAND HILL COLLECTION B-1, C-1. A well struck and minimally worn 1807 half cent. Retoned after an ancient light cleaning, there are traces of luster clinging to the protected areas of the design type. Areas of bluish toning over traces of rosy-red and brown surfaces. The eye appeal is decent despite the minor issue. PCGS 36, NGC 33. The most recent example to sell in auction realized $940 in February 2018 and prior to that, one sold for $999 in June 2017 and the current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $1,500.
