- 1884-CC GSA Morgan Silver Dollar. MS-65 DPL (NGC). Gorgeous silver white surfaces support a sharp strike and appreciable contrast between the fields and devices. The most available Carson City Morgan dollar in a GSA holder, 962,638 examples of the 1884-CC were distributed by that government agency during the 1970s, a staggering 84.60% of the mintage of 1,136,000 pieces. Even so, the 1884-CC is scarce in Gem Deep Mirror Prooflike, and the present example sure to appeal to Morgan dollar and Carson City Mint enthusiasts.
