Tied for FINEST GRADED in the non bands designation, this beautiful SUPERB GEM was clearly saved at the time of issue and stored in an old collector album that imparted dappled colorful peripheral toning. Save for the central band on the fasces on the reverse, the strike is quite bold and the eye appeal is excellent. PCGS 6, NGC 8, CAC 2. There are two in MS67+ and none have sold in auction.
