1851 Braided Hair Half Cent. C-1, the only known dies. Rarity-1. MS-64 BN (NGC). CAC. OH. A particularly vivid example despite the BN color designation. Both sides exhibit only light olive-brown iridescence to dominant golden-apricot color. Premium quality for the assigned grade, and sure to sell for a strong bid. Provenance: From the Larry H.
