1739-P Sou Marque. Dijon Mint. Vlack-163. Rarity-4. AU-55 (PCGS). Attractive pewter-gray surfaces with a gentle intermingling of steel-olive. Obverse and reverse a trifle off center, to the viewer's right on each, without significant effect. Minor superficial granularity is of little concern given the smooth in hand appearance. Boldly defined overall with nearly full silvering. This lot includes NGC insert #1944208-064 with a grade of AU-55 and Ford Collection provenance from a previous certification of this coin.
