1829/7 Capped Bust Half Dollar. O-102. Rarity-2. AU-55 (NGC). Steel-gray with softly inclined luster and splashes of pale orange and blue iridescence throughout. Overdate details plain under low magnification. PCGS# 39809. Provenance: From Heritage's sale of the Jules Reiver Collection, Part III, January 2006, lot 23099. Reiver acquired the coin from Stack's on September 29, 1988.
