A flashy, brilliant, fully Prooflike GEM that is the single FINEST in the designation at PCGS. Virtually untoned surfaces gleam and beam with bold mirrors, and on first impression you would think it was a Proof, but a long die crack on the reverse prove its business strike status. A strong glass reveals a few tiny ticks, but the eye appeal is unaffected. The eye appeal is great. PCGS 1, NGC 1.
