Lot Description

126.5 grains. A second example of this "fatal break" variety, here advanced a bit from the coin in the previous lot with an additional crack inside the large cud that would eventually expand the cud to the terminal state. A couple of ancient abrasions and peppered with light natural flaws, but this is a much nicer coin than the other 15-S in this sale, with much harder surfaces and better integrity overall. Glossy chestnut brown with nice centering. A small natural clip over ON.
