1828 Capped Bust Half Dollar. O-103. Rarity-2. Curl-Base No Knob 2. MS-63 (NGC). A crisply delineated, sharply struck example awash in rich, even, lavender-charcoal patina. Smooth enough to support a higher grade, yet generally subdued by the depth of toning. Minor reverse rotation is noted.
