1739-V Sou Marque. Troyes Mint. Vlack-191b. Rarity-8. VF-30 (PCGS). Warmly toned, nicely silvered surfaces are dressed in even steel-olive. Peripheries a bit soft in areas, although all design elements are readily evident, and most are bold. Microscopically rough, yet free of detracting flan flaws and post-production marks.
