- 1879 Morgan Silver Dollar. Proof-67 Cameo (NGC). One of the finest graded of the 1,100 coined in Proof for the year. Noteworthy quality for the degree of contrast between the devices and mirror fields, in combination with the incredible lack of handling evidence. The fields, cheek and neck are virtually pristine, and few Morgans can boast this degree of satiny frost in combination with the mirror fields. One of the Finest of this date to survive.
