1870 Seated Liberty Half Dime. Proof-65 Cameo (NGC). Frosty pale golden motifs and mirror fields enjoy a crescent of neon blue and gold toning at the top of the obverse, the reverse with similar shades forming a toning halo at the rim. A pleasing Gem with lively eye appeal.
