1896 Liberty Head Quarter Eagle. MS-65 (PCGS). Beautiful surfaces contrast blended pale gold and reddish-apricot obverse toning with exceptionally vivid and intense reddish-rose patina on the reverse. Both sides are sharply to fully struck with smooth, frosty luster. Superior quality and eye appeal from a mintage of just 19,070 circulation strike quarter eagles of the date. PCGS# 7848.
