R-7-. 7-12 Minted. Struck in aluminum with a plain edge. Strong mirrors do have some oxidation. Interesting that the planchet is defect free. The mirrors still have strong reflection. Miss Liberty and the details are remarkably struck and stand out. The eye appeal is good. PCGS 1, NGC 0. This is the FINEST graded J-759.
