Lot 448 1856 N-14 R1 Italic 5 PCGS graded MS64 Brown, CAC Approved.Frosty medium brown and light olive with generous traces of mint red remaining visible on both sides. No spots, stains, or notable contact marks. A shallow planchet flake on the rim at star 4 can help identify this cent. MDS, die state b, with the usual soft strike on the coronet over LIB.
