- 1860 Liberty Head Quarter Eagle. Type II Reverse. MS-62 (PCGS). Handsome orange-rose color enhances both sides of this sharply struck, lustrous example. The 1860 is among the more available pre-Civil War era Liberty Head quarter eagles, but it is scarce and underrated in Mint State, especially when compared to the 1861.
