The Unlikely Collection. Bolender-15, BB-195 (R.4) "10 arrows". The more famous AMERICAI notwithstanding, the "10 arrows reverse" happens to be a favorite of the cataloger due to the blundered nature of the reverse, such that thirteen arrowheads exist, but three of them have no shaft. It is a somewhat scarcer die-marriage that attributes very quickly for that reason. The Redbook calls no special attention to the "10 arrows" variety but flat-out should. This Bolender variety does not exist in large numbers at high grade, and a bold, charcoal-and-grey example should serve well for an avid collector. One light pinscratch of the lowest left curl joins a few other tiny circulation nicks.
