1920-D Walking Liberty Half Dollar. AU-58 (PCGS). An attractive and pearlescent near-Mint example. Virtually untoned and frosty white, showing only faint traces of patina near the borders. Well struck for the issue and free from any distracting marks. With a mintage of just 1.5 million pieces, the 1920-D is one of the more conditionally challenging early date Walking Liberty half dollars. High quality Choice AUs such as this are elusive in numismatic circles. It has been off the market for over 40 years and we are delighted to be offering it now to a new generation of collectors.
