Lot Description

Peripherally toned in cobalt blue and reddish-russet shades that yield to softer tan-gay and antique silver toward the centers. Both sides are fully struck throughout with more vivid undertones and a nicely mirrored finish shining forth as the surfaces dip into a light. One of 950 Proof half dollars produced for the year, the typical survivor of which grades no finer than Proof-64.
