- Moderate contrast on the obverse and minimal cameo on the reverse will preclude a special designation but there is no mistaking this diminutive, proof-formatted silver piece. Hints of smoke-grey and bluish overtones don't quite suppress all of the miniscule hairlines that likely determine the grade.
