FROM THE SAND HILL COLLECTION. B-1, C-1. Lustrous, chocolate brown with rich reddish-clay coloration. Hints of golden-red cling to the protected areas of the sharply struck up devices. The surfaces are generally clean and this coin is the definition of a CHOICE Mint State Classic Head half cent. PCGS 111, NGC 76, CAC 24. The most recent PCGS MS63 BN CAC to sell in auction was in September 2017, where two sold, one for $384 and and one for $456.
